Formation in the Faith
Just as important as worshipping together in community is, so also is the commitment to grow in the faith as a community.
NURSERY
The youngest of our children are in the Nursery with Mrs. Kimberly each week of the year. They hear a bible story and have a lot of play time. They join their families right before the Lord's Prayer.
Staffing ratios of 5 children per adult are strictly enforced.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
All ages, except nursery, are included in the Christian Formation classes, which are inter-generational.
Christian FORMATION
Our Intergenerational Christian Formation class critically examines issues facing The Episcopal Church and Anglican Communion. We use the ChurchNext curriculum as one method of growing in the faith.
We have also studied meditation, prayer, silence in our formation.
No Adult Formation season would be complete without a few history lessons from our Rector who is an avid fan of Church History.
